A golf course Superintendent since 1993, Glenn moved to Rolling Hills in 1999. A graduate of The University of Rhode Island, he began his career in the Metropolitian area in 1988. First as a turfgrass intern at Woodway Country Club and then as the assistant superintendent at the Stanwich Club Glenn’s first superintendent job was at Potowomut Golf Club in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. While there he achieved the designation of Certified Golf Course Superintendent as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Golf Course Superintendents Association. He continued serving his profession with a seven year stint on the METGCSA board of directors, winning three national awards as editor of their newsletter Tee to Green. Since coming to Rolling Hills Glenn has led many successful projects including a bunker renovation, establishment of a short game practice area and a new golf course maintenance facility to name a few. He has also prepared for numerous CSGA, Metpga and MGA events with the crown jewel hosting the Connecticut Open in 2014.
