Club Championships will be a summer long draw with each round given approximately 2-3 weeks to complete their match on their own time.
All finals are scheduled for August 26th-27th weekend. This cannot be moved. If you will not be able to play on that weekend, then please don't register for the club championships. All Players are guaranteed 3 matches. Each draw needs a minimum of 4 players to run. *If you're registering for doubles you need to register with a partner.
